Seasonal & Renovation
Sometimes a lawn is more weeds than grass. A renovation clears the slate, fixes the soil and puts in new turf.

When weeds have taken over, when bermudagrass has overrun fescue or when a lawn has thinned beyond repair, patching does not work. A renovation kills the existing growth, removes thatch and debris, corrects the soil, grades low spots and sows new seed or lays sod. Done in early fall for fescue, it gives a new lawn before winter.
We renovate lawns across Middle Tennessee, from yards in Nashville to large properties. We assess whether a full or partial renovation makes sense, plan the sequence of killing, clearing, soil work and seeding, and walk you through watering and mowing until the new lawn is established.
